We booked the function room for work. There was a good variety of food everyone found something they liked on the buffet. The butter chicken was good. The roast potato a little over cooked and the roast a little dry. The cheesecake was great not too sweet.
Dont trust the FREE garlic bread badges worn by the staff until you asked if its actually for free. We wanted to order garlic bread anyway so were more than happy to pay for it. But if its not free dont present misleading badges that have some ridiculous conditions to this offer. We felt deceived and misled. When we paid the bill, we were told that since the staff who took our didnt say the bread was for free, you will have to pay for it! The first thing she asked when she took our order was do you want garlic bread and we thought its free because of the badge on her shirt. But when we paid the bill another staff said therere very small words on the badge which says if the staff didnt offer, its on you. This is totally misleading.I brought my parents to this restaurant for dinner because I liked my dining experience here with my colleagues. Tonight the food was quite above average except for the pork knuckle because the skin was not crispy at all and the meat was quite dry. We liked the environment and some of the staff were quite nice. Its been a delightful experience until we found out that we were misled. My parents were disappointed because of being misled. It could have been a happy experience.
