Such a tiny little place it was. The only one waitress was very attentive; brought me a thermo of hot tea once I had just sat down. Checked with the waitress what would be in a combination dry noodle and if there was beef in it as I didnt eat beef. Because her English wasnt very good, she couldnt explain to me what would be in the noodle-just said seafood and no beef. My noodle looked yummy and found it a combination of char siu pork, seafood (prawn, squid and fish), a quail egg, a bit of pork mince, a couple of pork liver slices and pork stomach slices. Ohhh nooo I wouldnt eat any organs/intestine:( Anyway the noodle was pretty nice with its tasty sauce added in the perfect amount, and served with fresh sprout and chilli. Enjoyed it!

Since reading Ronnie Lui’s review on My Tho, I have had this Vietnamese restaurant bookmarked for a soup noodle lunch. So today at 12pm we find ourselves across the road from Pho Saigon. This restaurant opened last December, looks brand spanking new and is spotless. Tables are spaced apart for more privacy with plenty of natural light and I feel comfortable sitting at our table close to the counter. Phuong Tran orders our lunch while I check out the menu. It is 12.10pm and my Jumbo Combination Pho Dac Biet ($14) is served steaming hot. Perfect to cook the raw beef and blanch the bean sprouts and herbs. When we entered there were 4 diners and now I count 22 diners seated around us. I sip the very hot broth and it is light on depth, needing more beef bones in the pot of beef broth. The noodles are silky smooth and I notice a lack of sliced raw beef, sliced beef and beef tendon. Soon, I am left with soup and noodles but no meat. In Inala, I would have difficulty finishing the meats from a Jumbo sized Pho Dac Biet. Rating: 3.5/5.0Phuong Tran notes the darker than usual broth in her spicy Bun Bo Hue ($12). She likes the flavour of the broth and despite the lack of sliced beef and sliced pork hock she enjoys her meal. Rating: 4.0/5.0I have a sip of the Vietnamese Iced Coffee ($4.50) and it is light on flavour. Phuong Tran likes the coffee and rates it 4.0/5.0 Service is fast, friendly and with a smile. Good luck guys!

This is a small family business that provides consistently same tasty noodle soup dishes, which is important, as they won’t chop and change their cooks like other eateries do which tend to get inconsistent tasting meals. Ambience is clean and friendly. I’ve been here with my family on more than four occasions and the food is top notch tasty every time. We cannot get past the different ranges of noodle soup on the menu, try their wonton egg noodle soup the wontons are fresh & made in-house and are very tasty, the standard portion sizes are big enough to fill me up and I am a 105kg athlete. The noodle soup brisket is just as good although the brisket is not as tender as I’d like but the flavours are well balanced to leave my taste buds feeling more than pleased. I can easily eat here everyday. These two dishes are my goto dishes, I may try their seafood Laska next time. Try this place for yourself & hopefully you Enjoy it too.
