When I shop at the Calamvale Central, I always drive past this eatery and wonder how are their foods. Eventually I got the time to explore this chain-store last night. Ordered three of the Panko Prawns and a regular Combination Noodles + a bottle of soft drink, it ended up nearly 25 dollars that made me a shock. Service was average to slack without smile and I saw the Chinese chef was continuously cooking the orders by mixing up all the ingredients and the noodles prepared by the assistant like a robot. Overall, I could not feel any passion from the staff. Then my ordered was ready around 8 minutes which was good and efficient. I took a seat at the outside table and started my food journey. The Panko prawns was done very good with nice crumbed batter; however, the noodles were absolutely let down with too strong flavour (too salty). That saltiness may be tailored for Caucasian market but absolutely not my Asian palate. I wish the management can review the recipe because there should be some Asian market in demand for your noodles….

I’ve had takeaway from here quite a few times.The service is always good. I always get the hot n spicy, creature of habit I guess and I haven’t had a bad one yet.The store looks really clean and it’s nice to have your meal cooked in front of you. The parking and driving in and out can be a bit hectic.
I’ve bought takeaway from this noodle box twice and both times I’ve enjoyed the meal and the sides (spring roll, dumplings). From the small service I’ve received from a quick visit I’m pleased with the swift service. The food is tasty, very affordable for the huge amount and I always have leftovers.
Best noodle box franchise. I have been to a lot of the noodle box franchises in Victoria and Queensland. I have to say this is by far the best one I’ve been to!! Meals never take long even if there are a few people around. Staff are friendly. Food is ALWAYS delicious. They just seem to always have fresher ingredients and beautiful flavours than all the other stores. I go back there time and time again. Its almost an addiction!!
