Visited for breakfast. Nice to have more asian breakfast options in southside Brisbane. It was on Sunday and around 10am. Most of the menu items were sold out. They still had pan fried pork bun and dumplings so went for those. Both dish tasted prettu average, not bad not the best (3.5/4).It is a nice addition to asian breakfast scene though. Reasonably priced too. I will come back earlier next time to try out other dish.

We supposed to check out the new hot pot place at the same shopping centre; unfortunately that place has the power issue so we changed to re-visit this eatery. I had the gut feeling that this eatery is currently under a new management after the first step in and it proved to be right from the staff that it is under the management of Afanti Uyghur Cuisine. That is a good news because the skewers that I had @ Afanti is very impressive. After the perusal of the menu, we chose the package deals of Beef Noodle Soup with Pearl Milk tea and the Kung Po Chicken with Rice and Kumquat Lemon Tea. Also we ordered the chicken giblet as side dishes. Both mains are good with tasteful and generous portions of proteins. Noodles are much better. Side dish of chicken giblet is also presented with generous portion. For the price of $28.00 a dinner for two with drinks and food. It is definitely a bargain; no wonder there are so many young families have dinners there with kids….7 months ago Rating 3.5/5Had dinner at this new born baby located next to the Pan 200 of Calamvale Central. Trading hours cover the service from the period of breakfast to dinner. I am not sure if it is a good idea to serve Sichuan style street-food noodles with bubble tea. I was a bit confused. Went there in group of three and we ordered the Stewed Beef Noodle, Chitterlings Potatoes Vermicilli, Wanton with Spicy Sauce, cold dishes of cucumber salad and Spicy Beef. Besides that, bubble tea of Kumquat Lemon Fruit Tea and Peach Black Tea were ordered with additional QQ (pearls and coconut jelly). All noodles were ordered in mild spiciness. All noodle dish came with a big bowl but slightly smaller in content; however, extra noodle is free to add. All noodles came with their own character and I particularly liked the Wanton because the sauce was not as thick as served in other Sichuan eateries. May I suggest the management presenting the Spicy Beef in a larger plate than it can reflect the actual generous content. Overall, savory dishes were good but the drinks made me very confused that they were good but not matching with the spiciness from the noodles. Maybe bubble teas are popular in Sichuan now (not sure that because it was over ten years since my last visit); however, I still prefer what the drinks that serve on the other Malatang eateries.
