Again, I do not know what has been happened to my previous review of this restaurant and this happens very often lately.Revisited this eatery last night because I craved for some lamb skewers. I was shock to see so many diners there by the time that I arrived at 5:45pm. Certainly, it is under new management since my last visit but I love to see the crowd of diners there because it is a symbol of guarantee on the food production. Perused the menu and decided to go for Lamb Shish Stick x2, Chicken Shish Stick x 2 and Chicken Wing Shish Stick x 2. In addition, we ordered the Lamb Buns & Home Style Noodles. It only took less than 10 minutes to have all the skewers on the table. Wow. A large metal sticks with all the delicious protein that made us so excited. They are perfectly matched with the Yogurt, which is surprisingly cheap @ $10.00 per jug (imagine how much and how mean are the price and volume that you get the Lassi in Indian food eateries!). Home style noodles deserve thumb-up with the home-made noodles and perfectly prepared lamb strips with onion and capsicum. The sauce is perfectly matched with the al dente endless noodles. Despite the fact that the total preparation time for the Lamb buns was over half an hour, let me tell you that they are worth for waiting. We were shock when the waitress brought them to the table. They are not buns but huge size of dumplings. Pastries are thin and there are ingredients of large meat ball made of lamb and onion. They definitely need very high culinary skill for perfect preparation. We appreciate the juicy ingredients and the generous portion. Honestly, we could not finish them all and had to leave some behind…sorry! Overall, the improvement of this eatery worth us to give thumb-up!
