Quiet suburban locationI had the Signature Pho. It had great soup: robust beefy flavour and adequately aromatic.It also contained fresh noodle and I found the beef was fresh and was a good quality cut.Viet coffee (cold) was quite good too. Strong, smooth and not too sweet.Friendly, welcoming service.Verdict: worth the Saturday morning pilgrimage.NB: this year they only serve the Viet foods on Saturday.
