After reading the mixed reviews, we werent sure what to expect but for the price were pleasantly surprised. We arrived at 6pm for dinner and there was already a very long line up. After a 20min wait we ordered the spring rolls for entree and the green curry chicken with coconut rice ($8.80 plus $2 extra for coconut rice), and pad se ew with chicken for mains. Spring rolls were quite average. The pad se ew ($8.80) was quite tasty, but was not a traditional pad se ew that youd expect from a Thai resturant as it had more a Chinese influence in terms of flavour. The green curry on the other has was very delicious, with just the right balance of spice and coconut cream. Probably one of the nicest green curries Ive tasted. The coconut rice was also good flavour wise but a bit on the soggy side. Overall, the meal sizes are very generous in terms of what you pay for and service is minimal yet friendly (ordering is done and paid for at the counter and self serve water and condiments) but nevertheless our dining experience was a positive one and we would probably return.
