it was a relatively small restaurantcompare to the others in the block.there are no kid’s menu and baby chair, so I have to order a main size udon for my girl.Food wise….sashimi was fresh, and enjoyed the bento, just comparatively on a higher end in pricing too.

Re-visited this Izakaya last night for a second review since three years ago. Business was busy and service is attentive and friendly. Perused the menu and discovered that they have added more items to the menu. Ordered the Crumbed Cheese Sticks for entre and a Karaage Set and a Kaisen Nabe for mains to share. Cheese sticks came firs to the table and the crumb is so crispy. Honestly, these sticks are much better than the same kind that I had in the Korean restaurant two weeks ago. Next to come is the Kaisen Nabe. Wow! It is a big portion that nearly occupied half of the tables. Oyster, prawns, scallops and two types of big fish portions with heaps of fresh vegetables really impress me. Importantly is the broth in the hot pot, it is soooo… sweet. Although the dep-fired fish in the Karaage set is below the par, overall size of the meal is impressive and prices are fair deal.Jul 16, 2015Walked pass by this Izakaya a few time but was impressed that the seating is too packed and uncomfortable. It was a surprise when I had a Sunday lunch last week. Although the seating capacity is around max 45 but it seems quite spacious. Ordered the Beef Udon and Curry Chicken Udon, which was again surprisingly tasteful. Service was attentive and prices are reasonable.
