Food portions is good. Food quality (taste and presentation) is same as other asian restaurants in the area. I would love to dine here again but probably won’t do it again because of its staff. Its sad that they have poor trained staff. 1. When we arrived, the lady at the door just stared at us, it is as if her look at us is asking “what do you want?”. When we said table for 3, she did point us to the table where we could sit. Still did not hear any word came out of her mouth. Did not even greeted us nor smile. 2. Once seated, no menus presented to us. We waited for a few minutes before we grab menu from the other table.3. The staff who got our other should probably trained for personal hygiene. 4. We asked for water. Thankfully they gave us water but it is a bit warm. The table next to us also asked for water but they got water with ice. Inconsistencies with customer treatment there. 5. Paid the bill, the same lady staff who was in door when arrived was in the counter. Still did not even said thank you for dining nor smile at me. The customer next to me paid and he was greeted with “thank you come again” and “have a lovely night”. I hope they will re-train their staff. Because the food is good and would love to try again. But would think twice because of how the staff differently treat their customers.

Our last meals here in May 2019 were ordinary. Phuong Tran and I decide to give this restaurant another try hoping the food has improved. On Friday night, we are surprised to see this place almost empty when next door, Kingsfood and Pho Hien Pasteur have queues of patrons waiting for tables. We order a pot of Jasmine Tea, the Peking Duck Pancakes and Shredded Duck Noodles. The fragrant Tea whets our appetites. Our dinner is served in 20 minutes. * Peking Duck Pancakes has a serving of twelve. The hot Pancakes, julienne cucumber and shallots look good. Unfortunately, this Roast Duck is poorly roasted with the fat beneath the skin unrendered. Almost every piece of Duck skin came with a thick piece of Duck fat. This is unsightly, unhealthy and unappetising. This dish is a fail! Rating:2 * Shredded Duck Noodles saves the night. Crispy noodles served with a generous amount of Duck meat and a tasty gravy. Rating: 4Patrons are voting with their feet. I hope the Owners can improve the food quality here.

We’ve been to Little Hong Kong many times. Everything was perfect. The price was reasonable. Our favourite dishes are eggplant and BBQ meat. Staff are friendly. Environment is very comfortable. Dishes are very big. This time we ordered braised beef brisket and eggplant. Beef brisket was super tender and tasty. Eggplant taste super delicious. Will visit again!
