Great value for money! My boyfriend and I stopped by Little Singapore for dinner as a friend recommended it and we were not disappointed. The meals are huge! I ordered the prawn toast, chicken skewers and vegetarian laksa, we couldnt finish it between the both of us. The flavours were amazing and service great. I would recommend getting there earlier or booking a table because Little Singapore is popular.
Re-visited this eatery last night. As a flag-ship of the whole chains including other sister companies, my expectation to this eatery is very high. Unfortunately, the venue was suffered from the problem of partial power supplied when we walked in so the whole venue looked dark and lacked of energetic vibe. Since the taken over of the management, I have gradually started to visit all o f its sibling restaurants but this one is seriously let down. The food standard is slightly dropped and the service obviously lacks of training and passion. Wait-staff (except the manager) are all robotic. No wonder the business lacks of its previous glory…. :(Aug 06, 2014 Rating 3.5/5Isn’t it ‘Little Singapore’ or ‘Little Malaysia’. Although the Chinese version of the name of this restaurant includes Singapore and Malaysia, however, there is a misleading problem in English just said ‘Little Singapore’.I have no problem with the service there even though it is a bit rush and lack of smile. Well, what do you expect for a restaurant served street-style food! I think the main point is the food which is frankly generous in large portion. The signature Hainanese chicken rice is worth to try, maybe sometimes you are unlucky being served with under-cooked chicken but I can accept that with slightly in pink. Prawn noodle soup and Seafood laksa always have acceptable quality and quantity. Don’t forget to order the seafood Ho Fun with Egg Sauce, which is quite tasteful and authentic.
