It has been 7 months since my last visit here so it is time for an update. I see a constant queue of customers and I join them. I observe the cheery server is very fast in filling orders and Papa is engrossed making pancakes on the hot steel mould. Before long it is my turn and my order is filled and paid for in 30 seconds! Time is Money!With my bag of hot goodies I make tracks for the nearest cafe for the all important taste test. The Custard Pancake ($1.10) is chewy with a warm Custard filling. I am told it is their top-selling Pancake. These Pancakes must be eaten warm. Rating: 3.5/5.0The hot Croissant Fingers have a light sugar coating and is crunchy on the outside whilst chewy on the inside.
