It has been over three years since my last review so took the prom deal from the Fork to re-explore. Honestly, lay-out and size of dining area is weaker than the Club Southside that I visited the other day. However, they do offer weekly special on day-to-day bases. We picked up the bargain deal of only $19.00 of Rump & Rib (usual price $29) and ordered extra one dozen of Oyster Kilpatrick and another main of grilled lamb cutlets. Entre of oyster came within reasonable time frame. Every single piece of oyster is full and juicy. It should be the best Kilpatrick that I had for the past few years (4.5/5). Then, we have to wait quite a long time for the mains, where I can see the review marks declining. Fortunately, chefs culinary skill is really good. Although the rump has been slightly tenderised, we dont mind about it because chef really prepare it to med-rare with very tasteful result (4.5/5). The other dish of lamb cutlets also deserves thumb-up (4.5/5). Well, it is worth for the waiting time but marks has been deducted though. Jun 20, 2015 Rating 3/5I always dine in this place with shop-a-docket. I totally agree with critics on the slightly over-priced steak, particularly, if you justify with the quality provided. Foods are frankly average, but paying just a few dollars extra for the second meal is actually quite attractive. Service at ordering counter is proficiency and friendly. Unfortunately, the extra amount offering from docket deal seems reviewing too often by the management. Be careful, it will turn your regulars away!
