This Bao shop has been running next to the Zen Corner for a while. Honestly, it is the first time that I try the bun today. The Braised Pork Bun is really generous in portion. There are plenty of slow-cooked pork belly pieces, pickle vegetables and coriander sandwiched in the bun with very soft texture. Importantly, taste is well balanced and I can feel the passion from the chef but worry about the survivability of this bun shop. Due to the fact of high rent in Sunnybank Plaza, production time and traffic flow, it is definitely very struggle. Wish them all the best.
