Inconsistent quality and lagging in customer service. I know that they’re aiming for for a French patisserie of sorts but man have they fallen short of the mark. They still haven’t quite figured out how to produce a good croissant and you can just forget about the coffee.**For the record I’ve tried them out five times and had the same experience with poor service and food quality at each visit. **
Had breakfast here with the family. Wife loved her muesli and the eggs benedict i had was probably the best i have had anywhere (and i have had it eggs benny a lot!). Kids had ham and cheese croissants and milkshakes and loved it. Coffee was magnificent.
Honestly, I don’t know how the food was because I was completely turned off by the girl who was serving us, or should I say the girl who refused to serve us. My friend and I were looking at some of the cakes but the girl refused to even acknowledge us. When I called her to get her attention, she said we needed to be served at the counter in a completely bad tone. So I walked over to the counter but she continued about walking around the store pretending we were not there. Pretty poor service considering there were no other customers. Sad, the food looked good.
