We have been eating at this Restaurant for some time and have never been disappointed, the food is varied and never taste all the same like other Indian foods we have tried. Excellent service and well priced, fully recommend.
Friendly staff, nice ambiance, good food. Lamb Rogan Josh and naan bread was awesome. Quality of curries was also very good. Everyone must try this place.
Went there and specially asked curries to be hot but all the curries were mild and tasteless and when we complaint to the lady who was on counter that curries are mild she said that’s what the original taste of curries and gave us 5-6 green chillies. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Average Indian food, not sure if the management has changed as we had visited a few years ago but my review has disappeared from Zomato. I ordered a mixed vegetable curry extra spicy. It was spicy & flavors were good, unsure if some of the vegetables were of the frozen variety. There was no broccoli or cauliflower in it mainly carrots & half raw pieces of potato. Rice was nice & fluffy. Service was a bit slow considering it wasn’t busy
Delhi Darbar is just opposite the Voco, Gold Coast hotel. As we arrived at the hotel we enquired about a nearest indian restaurant and we were pointed out to this place. This is a good place and opens from 4.30 pm to 10 pm so that limits the place to serve snacks and dinner. They had a good variety and almost everything we indians search for overseas. The first time we went we ordered a plate of Samosas and 2 masala tea. The samosas were good but not great and the tea was nothing but water types. We had great expectations with tea but alas.Second time we went we ordered kadhai paneer and daal makhni and chilli garlic naan. This time the food was good and we had quite a good fill. Everything was upto the mark and our belly was happy. The decor is good and service is also good. Takes some time as everything is made from scratch. All in all you would not be dissatisfied to be here. For Indian food you can be here for sure. Both times we went we did not have to wait nor there was much rush. I think getting a seat would not be a issue here.
