Worst service I’ve experienced on the coast. The food was food court standard but the service made Fawlty towers look like the Hyatt. We had purchase a Banquet for 4 on groupon, but there were 5 of us. The person ( not sure whether lady or man?) at the front desk was rude the moment we arrived and asked which 4 of us were ‘eating’. I advised her we would buy another meal for our young daughter. If anyone had given any service that would have occurred but no one gave anything close to service. We struggled to even get water for the table. Food was dumped and staff ran off. They took menu away without asking for order. We finally left after extremely ordinary food. The head person chased us onto the street demanding we pay more as we had a 4 person ‘banquet’ with 5 of us!!! I politely advised her no one had bothered to take our order. She spoke in Chinese to another waitress who had followed her down into the street and after a few words between them they left without any further communication with us. At least Fawlty towers was amusing!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Some of the worst service I’ve ever received!Ordered a takeaway – fried dim sim / Pork with plum sauce / Special Fried Rice. Received – Prawn Chips / Prawn with Cashews / Stir Fried Vegetables. And the quality was poor, and I had to wait for the girl at the front desk to finish her personal call before she even acknowledged my presence, or took my order.
I bought a Groupon voucher for our visit to the restaurant, it costs me $30 for 6 Spring rolls, 2 glasses of wine, 2 chicken and corn soups, 3 small portions of shared dishes (chicken cashew, sweet and sour pork and mongolian beef) and shared plate of fried rice. The deal sounds like a catch for all the food we get, however nothing good comes at cheap price, especially at Asian restaurant. Soup and main dishes were extremely salty, fried rice were average, 2 glasses of cheap white wine. Staff are chinese speakers and they speak limited english. Not recommended.
