Usually love the meal and staff at hard rock but tonight we had a waitress which was extremely rude to us as we watched her go and talk smack about us after we complained about the meals and greeted us so rudely. The manager said that the wrong meal isn’t their problem and we should just get over it. Extremely disappointed as this is one of our favourite places to visit on the Gold Coast and this has very much ruined the vibe we had this New Year’s Eve . Will never return and will never recommend others visit here. Very disappointed.
Unfortunately the food wasn’t up to scratch. The food came out cold (it was 6pm so wasn’t too busy) and then when we complained it was stuck in the microwave (we could see the kitchen) and it was then extremely dry and wasn’t edible. The staff were fine about it and didn’t charge but ruined a good meal out which we were looking forward to. Shame more than anything as normally have good experiences at Hard Rock Cafe’s around the world
