This might be a lovely spot during the day but at night it is a little gloomy. Food was adequate but took a long time and then very disappointed to get cold chips. It’s like breaking some sort or cardinal pub rule. If you’re looking for a surf club try Southport up the road. Much better in every respect.

Big, brash, very noisy. Every conversation has to be shouted above the echoing noise of the sparse bar room. Rude staff, average food. Filthy stinking toilets. (Truly!)A place for mates to sink beers and watch the footy. A shame really, considering its beautiful location, that the owners havn’t got it right.
Foods delicious.Have visited at least 5 times, travelling all the way from Melbourne.Very generous lunch specials.Bars set in a nice area.Will be back when in QLD again 🙂
