Sydney Alexandria vibes on the Gold Coast! Finally! Very industrial and rustic. Absolutely impressed with the Customer service we received. They were aware of a big order so served us straight away so we weren’t waiting too long. Their own blend of coffee was smooth yet punchy. Would be my everyday coffee spot if I lived here. Definitely be recommending this to friends visiting the Gold Coast.
I didn’t expect to have a foodgasm at a cafe on the Gold Coast. Paradox Coffee Roasters is as good as the top brunch cafes in Sydney or Melbourne. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the Barra Burger (Beer battered Barramundi, with house tartar, mixed lettuce, tomato, onion on charcoal brioche) and Crispy Pork Belly (Topped with tamarind chilli jus, served with kale slaw with mint, Granny Smith Apple, peanuts & sesame aioli). Highly recommend the Barra burger, and it looks as though Surfers Paradise is slowly becoming a Food Paradise. I give this place 4 bears
