This is a fantastic bowl of ramen. Everything is customisable and the broth is rich and porky! The only reason i didn’ go 5 stars is i think the serving size is a touch small!
Tried using my free birthday ramen but they said it didn’t work?? So I ordered the nitamago ramen instead and they didn’t ask my for my noodle or richness preference. Worker at counter was also slow. 3 stars because of subpar service but ramen was fine.
No wonder they were voted no.1 in Kyushu. The soup! Was so rich, thick and full of flavour!And because we have already been to Hakataya Ramen on the same day, we could tell the difference straight away. One had watery, cold soup and this one was so flavourful. I really they allow you to personalise your ramen. Everyone can adjust it to exactly how you like it. Would not recommend ordering the gyoza though, it was dry and tasted frozen..
