The 4 stars is based on the taste of the sushi. Fresh vianrant and very tasty. I will make the service a 1.5 or 2 very slow waitresses and it was not even that busy. Chefs very happy to take orders and very prompt once order has been placed. Table was lacking chop sticks tissues etc hopefully it was a once off as last tine i was there it was very efficient
Great selection of sushi available all the time. Staff are attentive and assist as much as possible. My only issue with these trains is that it gets quite expensive to have a “casual meal” for a familyOf 4 at approx $70+ (2 kids 2 adults)

Cooked tuna roll has onions in the mix which elevates the flavour to another level, very very good!! And always order a sake with your sushi!!
Lovely staff, good quality sushi. I had the sashimi which was very nice. The spicy tuna was also very good. The sushi going past on the train looked to be of good quality and reasonably priced too.
