Recently was staying at The Hilton & noticed they had a coffee shop down in the foyer. Always have a keen eye out for new coffee venues, so it was one of the first things I did the next morning after trying out the coffee in the private breakfast lounge which was the representation of poison to me (& I did tell the Hilton management that! If you happen to have assess to the executive lounge there, avoid the coffee, it comes straight out of a machine ) Pay the extra for the barista (maybe that is what they want you to do LOL) The barista made me a great flat white with perfect strength which looked amazing as well. Can also vouch for the muffins especially the chocolate
