Good service, meals didn’t take long, good price
Rude and obnoxious staff. Lady rolling her eyes behind the counter when customers walk off. No clear instruction as to whether or not we needed to order at counter or table service. Another lady cleaning the coffee machine instead of making our drinks. If I was there boss I would be horrified by these staff. Absolutely no customer service at all. I’m about to go up to the lady and tell her to stop rolling her eyes and put a smile on her face. Ohh and while I’m writing this our food has started to come out, but not at the same time. What a terrible experience.
50 minutes waiting!!! Customers ordered later than us have already finished their meal, but we still waiting. Asked their staff three times, they said we ordered too much. Actually we just ordered two big breakfast for four people. The food was too ordinary, the sausages were too small, the bread were too dry to eat. The food was not worth for the expensive price.
