Can’t understand the bad reviews, we have just returned from Thailand and visited this restaurant last night, the food was as good as we had in Khao Lak Thailand and the service was excellent, I had red curry hot and it was great, will definitely be returning.
Dishes were overly sweet and a bit bland. Got takeaway but the restaurant sign is burnt and decor very unappealing. Tried it out once, will go back to Lanna Thai instead.
Authentic Thai food. Highly recommend. Not that busy when I went so haven’t had the issues that other customers have had with service. In fact, I’ve had the opposite with attentive and quick service.
WARNING!!! Contaminated iced water. We enjoyed this restaurants satay chicken, but they sought revenge because we returned a takeaway satay chicken that should have been binned weeks ago. It was absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. We were assured it was a mistake, but on our next visit we were served contaminated iced water which had a sickening taste. After being told this was impossible because it was filtered water, it was promptly replaced with the same contaminated water whilst laughter could be heard coming from the kitchen. Go figure, BEWARE, dine at you own risk! Health warning and no stars. As a restaurant editor i am thoroughly disgusted and very disappointed with this restaurant. HEALTH WARNING!!!
Best Thai on the North Side! Been here a couple of times for dine in and take away – the food is always top notch! Freshest ingredients and authentic Thai cooking. Had to wait a while for the meals when we dined in, but we had good company and a great atmosphere so we didn’t mind. Will definitely go back!
Went to Darun at Zillmere. The food was good but the service was shocking. Had to wait over an hour for food, was given no napkins or cups for our jug of water. Would not come back
