The ambience in this place could be described as quaint. From the glass carriage out the front to the water feature at the restaurant entrance the place welcomes you in. We had the high tea. The scones were soft. I particularly liked the caramelised onion tart and the lemon meringue tart. We also ordered the salmon and Veges. A great place to relax. The food was okay with a couple outstanding items

Absolutely beautiful setting, stunning open light and airy room in lush green grounds. The devonshire tea was really good. Tea was well brewed and came in many varieties, excellent scones (fluffy and warm), yummy homemade jam, and plentiful servings of cream. My only criticism is that i found the cream a little sweet and a bit strong in its vanilla flavour, but I think that’s just my personal taste. Would highly recommend a visit, the place really is excellent.

Mother’s Day Delight. I recently took my Mum & sister, who were visiting from New Zealand, to Mother’s Day High Tea. We were not disappointed. The food, tea, service, decor and grounds were all excellent. As it was Mother’s Day, we were also offered a complimentary glass of French bubbley. I would definitely recommend this tea house.

Absolutely brilliant!. Everything about this establishment is divine!! The service is friendly and prompt, the decor is clean and beautiful, the food is scrumptious, the tea range is extensive, and the atmosphere is relaxing and warm. I stumbled upon this place and will certainly be making the drive back for my birthday! Bookings are essential for high tea, but they do have a patisserie cart and teas available for walk-ins. Do visit this place — you won’t be disappointed!
