I ordered a carbonara pasta through eat now on 07 February 2017. Ive only just gotten into posting reviews but this experience really stuck out so I want to warn any other potential customers.The pasta sauce must have been 50% just oil. I attempted to eat it but it was making me sick. Since I ordered through eatnow I decided to send them a message and ask for a refund. They refused to take any responsibility and I was never provided any compensation. Nor did they seem to care about my dissatisfaction. Its been a while so I would hope that theyve taken the feedback on board. But Ive herd similar complaints about the oiliness if the dishes from friends.The garlic bread was good though.
