Went here a few times now; the first to find a gift for a friend and the other times, to admit, for our own indulgence. The handcrafted chocolates are beautiful to look at, as well as full of intense flavours that match their descriptions. The chocolate itself is deliciously silky and melts in your mouth. We also had the pleasure of having the hot chocolate, which is indulgently rich and comes with a fresh dollop of cream. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Casual ambience – limited outdoor seating in the front. Reasonable prices.Overall, a lovely independent chocolatier in Teneriffe/Newstead – perfect for gifts to others or self. Also looking forward to their truffle-making courses.
Beautifully presented chocolates. I got drawn to the red Matterhorn one, passionfruit jelly layered over a creamy coconut ganache encased in a white chocolate shell. This was a pleasure to eat. My second favourite one was the caramel ganache. I wish I could’ve tried all of them as everyone was so visually appealing and the flavours seemed very unique. I will be returning very soon!
A surprise find this afternoon on a walk around Newstead. Swiss chocolate shop with all made on premises. The owner served me and went into detail about her experience and the chocolates she sells. I tried a deliciously smooth bar with toasted almonds and a selection of individual chocolates including salted caramel, passion fruit and raspberry. Christmas novelty chocolates are appearing on the shelves too. Eat in or buy some as gifts or to gorge on at home- they are magic.
Wow wow wow chocolate in all it’s prime glory. Smooth rich & absolutely delicious. Just could not resist those divine raspberry roses. They also do a super indulgent rich hot chocolate with a dollop of cream if you really want to be bad!!
