Sensational pizza! I have had a new average food truck experiences lately but Pizzantica knocked it out of the park. Cooking in awful conditions where their entire stall nearly blew away in the crazy wind, they served up one of the best woodfired pizzas I’ve had in a long time. I didn’t want it to end! I had the margarita with added eggplant and everything was delicious. The base was chewy and crisp, the cheese was plentiful, great tasting sauce and really tasty eggplant.
