Just had lunch there and a somewhat patchy result. I placed the order with one of their senior people (likely owner or manager) and half an hour later had still not been served. When those that arrived after me were served I prompted the wait staff re my order. Turns out they’d lost my order and had wasted my time. Unfortunately they kept sending out their junior staff to take the blame, so I asked for someone senior. The cook came out & took my order & instructed to issue me a refund. Unfortunately, this never eventuated either. 10 minutes later my Shaslik order came out, but some of the chicken was cooked marginally. Junior wait staff were great, but the senior ones who should know better leave a lot to be desired.
