We had such a wonderful experience here. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is great and the coffee is amazing! We have a 1 year old son and the staff were always willing to entertain him. The owner is very generous and caters better for families than any other cafe we have been to in Brisbane! Will be back here!!

Sweetly enthusiastic staff serve up adequate range of cake and merlo coffee. Nice play area for kids. Noisy when busy.It is a shame they close so early in the afternoon, but I guess this is based on low custom and competition with the larger chain coffee shop next door

This place has the best coffee in Brisbane. I have not eaten there but the coffee is amazing. Very smooth and creamy. I am struggling to write 140 characters but the coffee is awesome.

Terrible service. We had a wonderful experience when it first opened so we have given it more than enough chances.service is slow and wait a long time for anything. And hour for a sandwich is terrible especially when it was not at all appealing to eat. Ask for water to 4 different staff you never see the same waiter twice they are all rude in inconsiderate. The owner is argumentative and does not have any manners. Its getting worse and will not be going back after my personal experience and the talk of the town is generally pretty bad opinion of the staff.mid you id be pretty miserable working for that guy too.

Mouldy bread, very rude manager/owner.. Went here for brunch with a girlfriend, had a horrible experience. We ordered two coffees (they were okay) and asked for water. The water only arrived after asking twice more to two different waiters. When our sandwiches arrived more than half and hour later, my friends sandwich had mould on the bread. She discreetly advised the owner/manager who said ‘it’s just from the grill’ despite being green and furry.. After going to the counter to pay the owner/manager said ‘there’s nothing wrong with it’, and very rudely and arrogantly told us ‘I don’t care/it doesn’t matter/I’ll just eat it for lunch/I’m not sorry’ when we advised we wouldn’t be needing a replacement sandwich. We were shocked as we had been nothing but polite and understanding of the whole situation. Very poor customer service and very poor food evidently. Will not be returning and definitely would not recommend.
