The best Banh Mi I have eaten. Very full with fresh meat, pickled carrots and beautiful fresh pork or crunchy pork belly. I havent yried the chicken or tuna rolls yet. DIM sims ate also tasty as is the Vietnamese fried rice. Bahn mi at Inala, particularly the famous Mi Tan Bakery pales in comparison. The fillings were scarce, the flavours very mild and quite disappointing. Donnelly’s Bakery Tingalpa Banh Mi Thit is $6.50 or $7.00, pre-prepared and cling wrapped in the fridge. Yeah costs more than Inala but so much closer to home and so much tastier.

Not a bad bakery. The lady was friendly who served me and they had plenty of options, sometimes bakeries run out after lunch time, so extra points for that. No seating and shop front could use an update but otherwise it was suitable. I got a plain pie and a steak and mushroom pie and it cost $9.70

The Best Pie on the east side is here, steak and mushroom the favourite. They also do great Bahn Mi type rolls and fresh sandwiches. Great Bakery

Drove along Wynnum road and felt like to have something to eat. Dropped in a little shopping village and discovered that this bakery already started to trade so early in the morning. First step in the shop and found that it was running by Vietnamese. Ordered a Steak and Curry Pie, which did not let me down. Pastry is fluffy at the top and soft at the bottom. Ingredients were made up of chunk beef and delicious sauce. The aroma from the herbs and the heat made a perfect match. Well down.
