Booked in for dinner and when we got there they hadn’t processed our booking and the only table was on the fringe next to the car park and a funky smell. Our mis-booking wasn’t well handled – a bit of a too bad approach although we did get a wine each on the house. I wanted to fish and chips grilled which they couldn’t/wouldn’t accommodate so got the calamari and chips – was OK – portions not huge – big enough for me but probably not for a hungry guy. Overall not great and wont be going back.
one of the most disappointing cafes in Brisbane. overpriced, very slow service, broken coffee machine, generic meals… I’ve been back every six months or so expecting them to have changed, but absolutely nothing does. friendly staff but management clearly have no interest in running a breakfast cafe, despite the great location and name.
