So let’s begin. Me and a friend of mine went there for lunch, yes he’s a guy what of it. Back to the review we ordered a sausage roll, the lamb sandwich and a bacon and egg roll. To drink we had a banana smoothie and a vanilla thickshake. My bacon and egg roll was toasted lightly and overall quite pleasant reminded me of a walk through a nice park. The lamb sandwich was very easy on the eyes and apparently even easier on the old taste buds ( if you know what I mean). The sausage roll was exactly that. A sausage roll I’m not gonna insult your intelligence and tell you what a sausage roll tastes like. The difference between a good place and an average place is the small things such as an exotic sauce with a sausage roll instead of the old tommy k’s. To my utter disappointment old mate clint Bradley served up the tommy k. Now to the drinks, my vanilla thickshake was a good one. Normally when you order a thickshake they just nod and give you a milkshake anyway but not old chappa Bradley no sir this was Definately a good thickness, like a fine woman you don’t want to thin and you don’t want to thick. Cudous on this braddaZ, you don’t mind if I call you braddaZ do you? Now onto the banana smoothie, apparently ( there’s that word) it was a no frills banana smoothie and I’ll leave it at that. The atmosphere was okay thanks to the fine people at Townsville airport we had a few noisy moments as what seemed like an army of planes flew over and inside the acoustics made it pretty loud. Kinda like a Metallica concert with more kids and less drugs. Overall a satisfied customer who would Definately go back.
Rude service. I have bought a fruit juice that was 1 month out of date with no refund given. I have received the incorrect order 3 times, once the lady returned with the correct meal and slammed it down with not a word or eye contact. Another time I ordered a bacon and egg roll from the cabinet 8am Sunday, got back to work to find I had a chicken schnitzel roll. And today I ordered med pumpkin feta and cajun walnut salad take away and it was quarter filled with a tub of dressing and less than half full of salad. It cost $8.80 and was barely enough for six mouthfuls. Robbery!
Alway a good breakfast, it’s now up there with best place for breakfast in Townsville. Place is very busy and you have to be quick to get a table
