This place is a total gem! Went here on a recommendation of a friend and are soo happy we did. Don’t let the front section put you off at the courtyard is just adorable. We had the duck and pork which was first class. Followed by the rumble and coconut pudding. Basil ice cream was amazing and the service was friendly. Definitely great for something unusual and imaginative. Will go back to sample the remainder of the menu.
TOP TOP TOP. Beautiful menu. Delicious food. All food is a bit bizarre, but no matter what you order… ‘TO DIE FOR’ Can’t recommend enough. It’s different, but well, well worth it
We booked for 6.15pm, but when we got there we were told that they did not open untill 6.30pm. We said that it’s okay, we would just sit and drink our drinks untill they were ready, as there is nowhere nearby to amuse ourselves with in south Townsville. We were again told that they were not open and then they had the hide to suggest we wait in the car. This is the worst kind of service that they could have provided. We took our drinks and went elsewhere. Most unfriendly, unaccomodating place we have been to so far. Won’t be back.
Its nice to go somewhere in Townsville with some character & ambience. Delicious food with a twist & lots of gluten free options. The desserts are imaginative & tasty. Worth a visit
So refreshing to have somewhere in Townsville to go for weird and wonderful culinary delights! Lovely ambience, great food. Service is a little slow, but this can be expected when there’s only 1 man in the kitchen!
The food is fantastic but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are very unfriendly and non accommodating to guests. I wouldn’t recommend people going there for the terrible service!
The food here is absolutely first class and this restaurant is worth trying for that reason alone, however staff have an attitude and this detracts from the experience, I won’t be going back for this reason.
