Went up to Townsville from Melbourne for a short winter break with some girlfriends and had the best experience at Jam Corner. It ended up being our local for coffee every morning and we had some spectacular meals there too. You can certainly see why they have earned themselves a chef’s hat.My favourite thing on the menu was this amazing omelet they had on the menu with charcoal sourdough (my new favourite thing!)I can’t wait to go back to Townsville just to go back!! :)j.a.s x
