3.5 rating.When it comes to Thai food I am supper supper fussy! After living with the locals in Thailand. The food was nice service was good just had high expectations… The som tum (papaya salad) had a lot of carrot through it to cut the cost 🙁 i dont like carrot I was hopping she would make it more the proper way like its made in Thailand… Lamb chicken was nice wish it had a lot more spice to it though. And was more traditional My friend had the omelette said it was amazing.
Worst Thai ever. Went here 16 July 2012 & ordered takeaway. The chicken satay and steamed rice were edible. The Crying Tiger Beef was chunks of overcooked beef, unseasoned, no dressing. The Squid Salad was like eating fishy chunks of rubber. Tried to eat it but just to tough and rubbery & I have my own teeth as does husband!! The ‘Heavenly Beef’ was like some kind of shoe leather, wih little flavour and terrible texture. BBQ Pork – no seasoning, no dressing and tough and overcooked. There are so many better places to spend ou hard earned money dont bother with Reef thai. We have contacted the restaurant to discuss the unacceptable quality of the food provided but all we got was a sorry after a lot of discussion. WE asked for a refund and offered to return the food – uneaten but to no avail. We aren’t fussy eaters especially when hungry but we reached our limits with this rubbish food.
