Felt exciting after I have read Dianas review discovering another good place for morning coffee. Dropped in this morning and ordered a flat white and a mini egg & bacon muffin. Although I saw the cup exactly identical to what Diana had her coffee before, I was told there was no cup and they only served take-away paper cup. Therefore I took the word and had all the orders in take-away but had them just at the outside tables. Well, I would not expect too much on a snack bar muffin, which indeed was dried. However, the Lavazza coffee (quite sure that is the bean they are serving) was not as good either. The only thing that earned my appreciation is the price, which reflects the essential factor of why it can survive.

First thing which grabbed me was the warm welcome from the friendly staff (am assuming they were the owners) Ordered a flat white & was surprised to receive a really good cup in this mediocre little spot. It wasn’t the prettiest of presentations, but it really packed a punch on the flavor scale for me
