The food is 5 stars, tasty & authentic. However one particular lady at the counter does not seem pleasant doesn’t go the extra mile. Otherwise the owners do their job well, but they need to get their workers to be more focus with their customer sales skills.

I have always been a fan of kebabs and have always found them very similar from every store I’ve had them. Mangal Chargrill raises the bar to an outstanding level. Instead of some strange mystery meat rotating behind the counter, you see succulent chunks of chicken and lamb being lapped by flame as the grill master furiously rotates them. I have had the pleasure of eating the lamb and chicken kebabs, the mixed grill and their chips, not once have I been disappointed. Not a day goes by that I’m not tempted to race down the road and get some of their delicious food. The staff have always been friendly with me but on occasion I have been witness to a bit of banter between the front counter and kitchen staff, which I imagine would turn off some customers. Personally, I enjoy the dynamic the staff have with one another as it adds some realism to the whole experience of eating with Mangal Chargrill as opposed to the obviously fake always happy attitudes you experience at other establishments. Keep up the good work guys!
Best food ever. I used to work just down the road from teh center and this is by far the best food iv had in years. even though i dont work in the area anymore our family still takes an hour drive just to have a meal at mangals. Keep it up Guys
