Tasty and generous ramen, tonkotsu broth creamy and rich. Handmade garlic and chilli condiments a nice touch, chilli noodles and option of prawn broth make this stand out against other ramen joints. Will be back.
Discovered this Ramen Dan on the day that I had bubble tea from Excellent Cup. Explored it last night for a quick dinner. Perused the menu and found that the ramen that they are serving is slightly different from the other competitors. They offer Prawn ramen and Chilli hand made noodle as well. Ordered a small Gyoza, which came with 5 pieces and the pastries are all crispy with moisture ingredients. Prawn ramen with Chashu and Prawn Ramen with Tiger Prawn do not let us down. Both charshu and king prawn are tasteful enough to guarantee my return visit nest time. Particularly both broth are very rich in prawn flavour just like the Malaysian Har Mien. One dollar for extra bowl of noodle is a fair deal because it is really generous in portion. Overall, it is a decent dining experience and love to see the passion from the whole team. Cheers!
