I was impressed.A tiny restaurant with 5 tables, the food was superb. I have been trying to find the best Pho within 10ks of my house, I’ve sampled a dozen so far, this is in my top 3. The meat was perfectly tender and tasty, the ingredients were fresh and high quality, the soup wasn’t ‘westernized’ overpowering, it was delicately flavourful and delicious, the noodles were ample and perfectly cooked. The portion size was adequate. The restaurant was clean with a nice ambient atmosphere. I will definitely be returning.
Whilst I have been going around with Adam to eat all the delicious foods in Brisbane, apparently my parents had gone on quite a few gastronomical adventures of their own. One place which they had recently been to and they cannot get enough of is Saigon Eats, which they have been constantly talking about since first trying it out, which is why they decided to take me there to try it out last weekend.
Saigon Eats. One of the newer Asian food establishments in Kuraby/Underwood area, just off Kingston road. I visited and decided to try some of their offerings. It was good. I ordered a selection of cold rice paper rolls which were delicious.They were well presented , generous and tastes great. Thanks very much. SARDS.
