Have eaten at the Lagoona resort restaurant several times & have never had a bad experience, food is amazing & very well priced, staff are friendly & very attentive without being invasive, generous servings & would highly recommend this place. Nice little wine selection as well.
We were treated so well, very friendly & accommodating. Great meals & value – from breakfast to dinner. You do not need to go any where else if you are staying at the Brisbane Holiday Village.
This cafe is in a caravan / mobile home park & is right next to the swimming pool. We were curious & decided coffee might be in order. I wasn’t expecting anything great but was pleasantly surprised with the resulting flat white. It was strong enough on three-quarters milk & had a decent creamy texture
Did tumble on the place with a voucher, the food is and service are great. Restaurant is inside the caravan park called Brisbane holiday village. We came there for a dinner service, and had no issues reserving even on a saturday night (generally have been refused service on weekends when I had a voucher). Price was quite good for the quality of food they serve and with a half price voucher it was even better. Now for the main part of food, Food was fantastic, one of my girlfriend was gluten free, and we were amazed at the amount of choices it had. For entrees we had bbq ribs, samosas, which were divine. For mains, we had lamb shanks and prawn curry, the lamb shank was cooked to perfection the meat just fell off the bone , just great. and my gf loved her prawn curry, she said it was one the best she had ever had, and she is pretty fussy for food. We had a glass of red and white, for house wine they were quite nice, not the cheap ones generally served. All in all it was a great experience, service was great, highlight was food. Will definitely be coming here again and recommending to my friends. They have a pizza menu which is not listed on the site, I am very certain.
If I have not purchased a voucher, I would not like to go in to explore. It is located inside a holiday resort which seems weired to me that locals would not like to dine in unless there are attractive signtature dishes. Price and food are so so…. I do appreciate the mangament’s aggression in promoting the business. However, I would prepare something different to keep the diners and change them to be regulars if I am doing voucher deals. Remember, vouchers would bring customers to your door but they cannot quarantee if you can grasp your potential regulars.
