It is nearly three years since my last visit so should be the time to place an update review. Dropped in yesterday morning to have a vegetarian brekkie (my vege day). I was served by a very friendly gentleman that made a good start for my day. Ordered the fat white and a Smashed Avo. Coffee was above standard with the Elixir coffee bean. Honestly, it was the first time that I finished the whole dish of Smashed Avo because the bread was very crispy. Together with the avocado on the top and the freshness & sourness from the cheer tomatoes that made the whole dish very appetitive. Overall, it was another decent experience for the last couple of days.July 30, 2015This lovely cafe located behind the huge venue of Coffee Club of The Village at Upper Mt Gravatt. Nice set-up with main theme of green color of chairs to match with its name. It was a busy morning with two chefs continuously preparing food orders and three waitress worked at the front. I have no problem with the coffee that they served, which is Piazza Doro. I have been enjoying this coffee daily at Cafe De Luna for the past couple of years. General impression was pleasant on the service and coffee.
My friend picked this place randomly as it was sort of halfway between where we both were at the time… It was a mid morning catch up… Coffee was great… I’m not a fan of thin toast so it was good to see it was only lightly toasted so it wasn’t like cardboard… My friend had a toasted ham and cheese sandwich which she only ate half as the melted cheese was too oily… The display cabinet looked awesome, so we’d probably give it another visit.
Roberto and Jo runs an excellent coffee shop here. Been coming here for over an year now with the family for our week day coffee run. It’s by far the best breakfast and coffee you can get from around the area. Excellent place where the owners will make sure you are satisfied with the food and services.
If your shopping at The Village Upper Mt Gravatt or around the Upper Mt Gravatt area, I highly recommend you visit Little Green Cafe. Good coffee, good food, good service and the staff is always happy and polite. I’ve been a regular customer of Little Green Cafe for over three years now. I highly recommend you check them out. If your going for breakfast, for sure get The Breakfast Burger. #Awesome
It is so nice to drink coffee that is right on the money, eat food that is cooked with love and by a talented chef and have it served by people who have a genuine smile on their face. I have experienced this every time I have been at the Little Green. A great experience and the best cafe on the Southside, and possibly all of Brisbane. Keep up the good work. We will be back!
I’ve had a couple of coffees here before and the Piazza Doro blend is consistently good and without much competition in this group of shops. The eggs with avo was good and the service friendly also.
Dropped in here to grab a bite to eat in my lunch break whilst running errands. The cafe was extremely busy (for Fridays I guess this is normal) which was a good sign.Limited menu but has options to suit most people. I ordered the chicken burger for takeaway which was served with a small salad garnish. The bread roll was lightly toast, and the burger itself was nice and fresh. Great, attentive service, even for a takeaway customer. Thanks Roberto and Josephine- I hope to be back soon.
