Located near the food court at the upper level, Movenpick can be easily spotted. Came on weekday, there was no queue and I was welcomed with a friendly service.Got myself a cone and a scoop of berry flavoured ice cream. The cone was crunchy yet not messy to eat. The cone also tasted nice; slightly buttery instead of plain. The ice cream was nice and creamy, not too sweet in taste.They also serve other ice cream flavours, as well as coffee. A good place to have ice cream on the go.
After finished of the EOFY shopping and on the way to pick up our car, I felt like to have a cup of coffee. When I walked past the Timezone towards the Starbuck, the sign of take-away coffee of this Ice-cream place attracted my gaze. My curiosity told me to have a go because I just wonder how good is the coffee served by an ice-cream shop. In addition, price of $3.00 is also an incentive. Service was very friendly and I had my flat white within reasonable time frame.Coffee was not bad with full body and nice aroma. I think it should be the reward of my exploration, shouldn't it?
Ordered a double shot flat white which was a special at $3 or $3.5 with the extra shot. Maybe I should have stuck with their delicious ice cream, as that’s what they do best!!!
I enjoy the weekday morning coffee special. $3 for a coffee and a small complimentary bikkie is great!I opted for a hot chocolate which can be a substitute for the coffee. Pretty happy with it, just a good standard hot chocolate.
