Whoever is cooking there at the moment is spot on. My rack of lamb was fantastic. Only thing that would make an improvement is if they took your order at the table.
Rooms were clean , spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to shops. Great food. A great place to stay if you visit Weipa
All round a nice resort. A shortcoming was the cooked breakfast was very slow in getting it from the time ordered.
In a major capital city, this resort would struggle to muster more than three stars. However, it is clean and comfortable, well worth four in this part of the world.
Had a nice meal at the Albatross Bay Hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. A pleasant evening overlooking the bay.
