Most disgusting breakfast in Brisbane!!!Looks like the place is run by childrenObviously owner couldnt care lessHealth department needs to shut the place down our food was stone cold and expensive for absolutely inedible food.
A very disappointing experience. We came here for a Mother’s Day breakfast with two small children. When we ordered we were informed it would be a 45 min wait for bacon and eggs and pancakes however what we didn’t realise was that 45 minutes actually meant an hour and a half! During that time we did receive our coffees which were the worst coffees I have ever had. I could not even finish mine. Other diners were also complaining having waited over an hour for their food. At no time during the hour we sat there were our cups cleared away nor were we offered anything else. Waitresses wandered around aimlessly. Eventually asked for our money back and left. We had my Mother’s Day at Macdonalds. Very very disappointing. Won’t be back
Overpriced and very mediocre food. Great location wasted on a second rate restaurant. For a restaurant by the sea, there were not many seafood dishes on offer. None of the seafood was local. Service was slow. Food was very expensive. Quality poor. Don’t bother.
Never come here again bad service and rude staff, poor quality food for your money , staff need training to be able to serve the public . Screwed up faces from staff needs a seniors menu $21 for fish and chips for lunch to dear….
This has to be one of the best places I’ve been! Wonderful service and even better food! Came here with a large group and all were impressed. The girl who served us was really helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. Our food came out pretty quick considering the large group. The staff were all helpful 🙂 I Would highly recommend to locals and any one else who is considering going there.
The worst place my family and I have been to. The customer service was atrocious, I nearly got into a spat with the owner over my coffee that was too weak and the milk was not light. I watched as the waitress made it and she used full cream for all coffee orders. I recommend going up the road to the cafes there.
DO NOT COME HERE. I’m a local. I’ve lived here for my whole life. The lady that runs this place has never learnt about customer service, she was incredibly rude to my wife. She was nearly brought to tears and that’s not what we expect during eating out for breakfast. The restaurant itself is in a great location which is a shame for it going to waste. The place is run down and old, in need of renovations. We waited for our meal for about over an hour and it was cold. The best part is that the brought the wrong meals. We didn’t send them back because we didn’t want to start another war with the owner and we were starving. My wife and I had to swap meals because they put in avocado into hers even though she told them she is allergic. The waitresses were children running around like mad and looked miserable. The fish and chip store next door is quite the same and the food it all oil drenched. Again, DO NOT COME HERE. if you want a stressful morning or afternoon then go ahead. I recommend packing food or heading up the road to cafes with experienced staff and quality service along the strip. Avoid point of view restaurant and takeaway at all costs.
