Era has always had a reputation for fine dining, special occasions, corporate events and a very popular pre-show menu. With a new menu format, the Head Chef is aiming to build on that reputation, but move away from the singular fine-dining experience towards a more sociable format with the emphasis on a regularly changing menu of share plates. With the emphasis on the produce - fresh, local and seasonal, allowing the flavours to set the tone of each dish. Brisbane diners have shown that they want more diverse food experiences - with this new style of menu we will be aiming at both educating the public with new flavours and textures, whilst making the whole dining experience more inviting, social and accessible.
