Ridiculous service/dining experience as a whole. Weren’t welcome or shown to our booked table, weren’t given menus nor a drink order taken – so one of our party had to get us menus after 30 minutes of waiting. It was too loud to have a conversation with our table, so we weren’t able to enjoy each other’s company to fill in the long wait times. Half our drink order was taken after a long wait, and another long wait to complete the rest. We waited over an hour for our food after our order was finally taken and one of the dishes wasn’t available so replaced it with another – but have charged us for both. I appreciate having a vegan option in a pizzeria, but it wasn’t worth the 1 hour and 50 minute wait. Maybe on a weeknight this would be a nice trendy place, but avoid on a weekend. My step brother ranted and raved about this place and has been left so embarrassed to have taken us all there.
