Buntastic! Korean take on Bao- the actual buns seemed a bit thinner and softer than traditional, which is fine by me since I find regular baos sometimes a bit too dry and doughy.I tried one of each of the savoury fillings: the crispy pork belly was terrific; and because it’s Korean you also get fried chicken (also terrific); but the surprise was the vegetarian mushroom which had generous big slices of very tasty oyster? mushrooms. Not cheap at $6 each, but put it down to the hipster tax, located in gentrification West End. Recommended.
