After hearing another rave-fest from my favourite foodie colleague, this place was a must try. I was all for trying out new places, except my partner had some reservations about trying a fish-and-chips place. I don’t blame her, because I’m pretty sure the only exposure she had was the low quality fish/calamari and chips from UQ physiol. After the constant nagging from me, she eventually caved in to give this place a try. So now, this is her favourite fish-and-chips place in Brisbane.We had the seafood platter for two with the greek salad (the first time) and green papaya salad (the second time). The seafood tasted pretty fresh and everything was not overly oily. The platter came out without any salt, and it is pretty much perfect like that. I would go here again and try other menu items, but that is only if I can persuade my partner away from the platter.
Ordered back in 2017 from this Fish and Chips / Greek? Place. So nice to have a proper salad along woth your fish and chips. Probably some of the best fish and chips I have ever had and this was delivered via uber eats. I can’t wait to dine in and try it fresh from the fryer.
