I meant to explore this caf for a long time. Fortunately I did it this morning, otherwise I will miss an a-must brekkie place in Brisbane. Walked in this little caf and perused its menu. Wow! Lots of Thai Street-food are offering for brekkie but they are all very heavy and I hesitated what should I have for my little bird’s stomach. Eventually, choose to have a dish of Organic omelette with extra Lao’s sausages and a flat white. Well, coffee was made of Campos brew, which definitely is my flavorite. Its well presentation and aroma won my appreciation immediately. Next came the hero savoury dish. The rustic presentation highlighted the bright yellowish omelette and those three golden brown sausages. The omelette was done in perfect of the perfect and the sausages were faultless in terms of the taste and the preparation. The passion from the staff, the selection of the coffee, well organised menu and the weekend special on the blackboard all reflect the reason why this caf is so busy. If you have not tried yet, I urge you to give it a go and I guarantee there is no disappointment!
